I find that I do most of my kitchen work with a paring knife like this. 6" overall with a 3" blade and a handle of curly maple, cherry, or walnut, this little knife is perfect for your general purpose needs in the kitchen. Handle is treated with a mixture of coconut oil and beeswax. Comes with a vegetable tan sheath for safe storage.
