Q: How long does it take for my purchase to ship?

A: Most of our purchases are made to order just for you. Our current lead time on order fulfillment is 4 - 6 weeks and we will notify you by email once your order has shipped. If you need an item sooner, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Unused items in original condition may be returned within 7 days. We strive to please every customer, but if you are unhappy with your order, please let us know as soon as possible so we can rectify the situation.

Q: Do you accept custom orders?

A: Absolutely! We have a custom shop for our knives, but are more than happy to discuss other custom projects or products with you. If you are interested in a custom knife, please visit our custom knives section of the shop to design and send a quote request. For all other requests, please contact us directly.

Q: How do I care for my Shira Forge product?

A: The best way to season your Shira Forge cookware is to cook with it! The first few times you use it, I recommend using extra oil or butter. This will help create a nice layer of oil residue on the pan. When you are finished cooking use a little hot water and a dish rag (do not use soap) to remove all food particles. Then hand dry it and place it back on the stove for a few minutes to make sure all moisture is removed. Occasionally, you can wipe the pan down with a little oil after it’s dry. Over time, the pan will develop a nice dark patina.
