Hand-forged from 1084 and 15n20 with 120 layers. The handle is wrapped with hemp that has been brushed with waterproof glue. The blade is ground in western fashion meaning a double hollow grind rather than the traditional Japanese style being flat on one side. This makes it functional right or left-handed and easier to sharpen. Comes with a vegetable-tanned leather sheath for safe storage. Measures 6.5" with a 3" blade.
