This chef's knife is 10 3/4" overall with a 6 1/2" blade forged from 1084 carbon steel. The full tang handle is pinned with curly maple, cherry or walnut scales. Made to handle the heavy duty kitchen tasks. Includes a hand stitched vegetable tanned sheath for safe storage.
This item is hand forged in my workshop located in Sylva, NC.
